Kennedy again, hacking on usagi carcass with bloodied hands.  Note the huge blotch of blood on this chopping board.
Yet another display of display of flames, but this one of the funnier moments of the show.

The commentators exchange a series of comments, 
Fukui-san: He's very swift in his movements
Hattori-san: I thought he's move more languidly due to to his size. Contrarily he's swift.
I think Kennedy is squeezing the blood out of the innards.

The contents of the liquid in the bowl are port wine and red wine.
Kennedy then takes the bowl of wine and innards and dumps them into a bowl of rabbit broth.
Kennedy's fourth and final display of flames.
Rory Kennedy presents 3 dishes.

Left:  roast usagi with vegetables and balsamic sauce
Top:  usagi toppped with truffles
Bottom:  usagi saute with kinoko/apple/pepper corn sauce
Sakai counters with 4 dishes
Top left:  usagi/truffle/foie gras roll with cold consome
Top left and middle:  simmered usagi and kinoko mushrooms, served with sweet potato rice
Bottom left:  Red beet wrapped usagi
Bottom right:  white maitake mushroom/usagi dumpling soup
Sakai is clearly the underdog... but to Sakai's great skill, he ties the Brit!
Fukui-san goes on to say that it's the first tie in 1 year and 3 months.  Of course tie breakers are decided in a 30 minute overtime match... but that'll come later...
