Kobe's Four Flavor's Hors D'oeuvre.

For some reason Akebono recieved a larger portion in a soup tourine while the other received theirs in soup plates. You can see the plate others used in the mini picture. I don't think he minds the larger portion =)

Although Chin's mabo tofu stole the limelight, Kobe's roast was strong co-star. I didn't think pork could be this tender and succulent.

Kobe's roast impressed all the of the judges. Akebono is once again highly delighted.

To show how tender and succulent the roast is, if you look at the pork as it presses on the pork, you can see how the porks fibers give way under the slightest pressure. I'm sure one could have easily cut this meat with a fork.

Akebono is once again in heaven after tasting the mabo tofu.

The chef's congratualate each other after the judgement is made.

The decision is quite clear. 5-0. Chin receives 3 perfects. I'ts not that Kobe is a bad chef, this just shows that Chin is superior to Kobe. Kobe wasn't too shabby with three 19's.

The highlights were clearly Kobe's roast and Chin's mabo tofu. All the judges were extremely impressed with both the dishes... but the match is over and Chin advances and Kobe must retire.
