Morimoto's drunken lobsters are taken out of the keg and placed onto a wood grill.

In a most unusual technique, Morimoto grinds salt with a metal grinding wheel.  He then sprinkles the salt onto the vinegar soaked iseebi.  The commentators said he did this add a bit of mineral to the salt.
Flays kobe beef comes out the oven and is sliced.
Morimoto makes sushi rice
I believe Sakai was pestered about his loss against Kandagawa.
Morimoto makes a sushi roll with raw iseebi, sushi rice, and nori.
The roll is dipped into batter and fried!

The camers suddenly switches to show Flay taking a shot!
Flay has finished cooking and is drinking sake, the reporter asked "are you going to stand on a cutting board", and Flay replied "I don't know yet"
Oh my!  What's that?  A cutting board flying through the air!  How did that happen?
Morimoto just smiles at Flay, Flay is completely intoxicated now... unbelievable behavior by Flay!

Flay is an idiot....  in the post match interview with Abe Tomoyo, 

Flay: ..didn't want to offen Morimoto, so we got rid of the cutting board.
 
 

Ohta interviews the Tetsujin

Ohta: In New York, you were upset about Bobby standing on the cutting board

Morimoto: It's the same today.

Ohta: But Bobby removed the cutting board

Morimoto: It's still the same. You do the cooking on the benchtop. With or without the cutting board, it's the same.

Ohta: So what you think of Bobby

Morimoto: Oh I like him a lot.
