 The
second challenger is none other than the Bobby Flay. A ton of Flay
supporters must have been flown in, from drunken sailors to family members,
they even flew in that kid in the costume from the NYC Battle.. how annoying.
Flays crowd was rowdy as heck, however I did not capture shots of Morimoto
or Flays crowds due to space limitations.

| Flay begins breaking pomergranite into a bowl. Most unusual, if memory serves, he used the pomergranite in the cornmeal dish above. |

| Flay begins roaming around KS for honey. When finds some, the dumps the entire jar into a bowl of mustard and horseradish, causing a riotus uproar from the crowd. |

| To much of Akebono's delight, Flay breaks out some Kobe beef. |
 |
| Flay poors black pepper onto the beef and smothers it with a very thick layer of black pepper. This action really moved the crowd off it's fleet. |
